You may be shut up in your apartment, but that’s no excuse to forgo your workout. SWEAT

This app gives you access to a slew of personal trainers that are focused on different styles of exercise you can do right from the comfort of your own home. Typically a mixture of cardio and weight training, Sweat helps you stay focused and gives you the tools to reach your fitness goals. It does cost you though – the Sweat app costs $19.99 per month if you plan to pay monthly. But, if you sign up for the year, you’ll pay only $119.94, bringing your average daily cost to only .33 cents per day.

COREPOWER YOGA

The company known for it’s hot yoga classes is now offering their incredible workouts free for you to do from the comfort of your living room. Click on any of the classes at CorePower On Demand to do the workout and see new ones posted each week.

7 MINUTE WORKOUT APP

This free app is made by Johnson & Johnson and delivers a fast a simple way to workout anywhere. The workouts are simple to do, require almost no extra tools, and can even be done from your apple watch. The best part? They’re efficient, getting you a solid work out in in only 7 minutes.

PELOTON

While this company is known for it’s killer stationary bike workouts, the Peloton app actually offers an array of activities from yoga to body strengthening classes to meditation exercises – no bike needed! While the app does cost $12.99 per month, it’s currently offering a free trial of it’s app for 90 days, which should give you a great chance to try it out.

BARRY’S BOOTCAMP

A favorite workout of celebrities, Barry’s is now offering free 20-minute versions of their bootcamp classes on Instagram. With three workouts a day, you’re bound to find one to fit your schedule. Follow @barrys to see the class times posted on Instagram stories the day before.
