When you suffer from something like incontinence, it can be easy to think that a medication or a medical procedure are the keys to fixing the problem. And sometimes, that is indeed the case. But the body is an amazing machine and with the proper tools, there is a lot you can do on your own to treat incontinence.

It may be as simple as tweaking your diet to avoid foods that are irritating to your bladder. Or, maybe adding in some strengthening exercises will help give you more control of your bladder leaks.

We urge you to try some of these options before resorting to medications or more intensive therapies. You may just find that the answer to your bladder leaks lies within you.
