Confitex Identified As World-Class Provider Of Incontience Care Proucts

Charleston, SC (April 27, 2023) – The National Association for Continence, the nation’s leading advocate for people living with bladder and bowel disorders, announced today that Confitex has been named to its Trusted Partner Program. NAFC Trusted Partners are organizations that have demonstrated an industry-leading standard for incontinence care product quality and customer service.

“We’re honored to have been selected by the NAFC as a Trusted Partner,” said Confitex CEO Christine Arden, “There’s a lot of confusion in the marketplace when it comes to sustainable absorbent hygiene solutions and this designation lets consumers know they can count on us for  reusable incontinence underwear that look, feel, wash and dry just like ordinary fabric underwear, but with a built-in panel of our high-performing absorbent and leakproof textile to provide protection against life’s little leaks.”

For more than 30 years, the NAFC has worked directly with members of industry to fulfill its mission of educating patients and providing access to effective, proven products. Trusted Partners are selected following a rigorous review process that ensures they meet or exceed customer expectations for product excellence, value and responsiveness.

“There are a lot of companies seeking to become members of the Trusted Partner Program, but few ever qualify,” said Steve Gregg, executive director of the non-profit NAFC. “As the foremost voice for those facing incontinence, we have a responsibility to make certain that the companies we recommend pass a very high bar. I’m proud to say that Confitex is one of the few who do.”
